Help – Subscription & Billing (iOS)

Golf Mentor Premium on iOS is purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Your subscription is managed by Apple, and billing appears on your Apple ID account.

Upgrading to Premium (iOS)

  1. In the Golf Mentor iOS app, tap the Options button (top menu), then go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose a Monthly or Annual plan and tap Subscribe.
  3. Confirm with Face ID / Touch ID / your Apple ID password.
  4. Premium features are unlocked immediately.

Managing Your iOS Subscription

  • Go to your iPhone Settings (not the Golf Mentor app).
  • Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
  • Find The Golf Mentor in the list to:
    • Change your plan (monthly ↔ annual)
    • Cancel auto-renewal

Cancelling on iOS

Cancellations on iOS must be done through Apple's Subscriptions page (see above). You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a free trial period. No payment is taken until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Course Access Limits

  • Premium members can load a set number of GPS-mapped courses per month.
  • The count is shown in your billing section.
  • The limit resets on your Apple billing renewal date.

Web vs. iOS Subscriptions

If you also use Golf Mentor on the web and purchased a web subscription, that is a separate subscription managed by Stripe. Both grant the same features but are billed independently. See Account & Billing help.
